just like the title says... i just installed my 650cc and the car idles rough... but when you
step on the gas it seems like its normal except when under boost..... if under boost, it wont accelerate anymore.... my mods are in my profile.... anyone with advice and not criticism will be greatly appreciated...... thanks in advance

note: i already tried to lean it out with the safc II low throttle...... if i set it to 0
the car would stall..... right now its at about +15 and it still idles rough but doesnt stall..
i forgot to add that theres also a loud hissing sound near the timing belt

You should be around -30 with 650's...

umm -30 low or high throttle on the safc? i already did -30 to -50 on low throttle
and all it does is stall on me

Check your o-ring seals to make sure they are seated properly. If they seem to be fully in the head, remove the fuel rail and look for a tear in one of the seals. A easy way to check is to get a can of carb cleaner and spray it at the injector seals. If the car stalls or bogs, then that is where your leak is. If they are not sealing fully you will get a vacum leak, and when entering boost you will bog and it will emit a large ammount of black smoke from the exhaust. You will also have problems with the idle if it is a bad leak because of the poor vacum.
