just installed a 1g tb. egr is blocked so the lines are not an issue. no leaks anywhere. i went and did a 3rd gear pull and my car is way off now. before i was getting 20deg timing by 7K and .96 on my o2's and now i'm at 12deg timing by 7K and .98 on the o2's all the way across. am i suppose to richen up from this swap? i would think since i'm getting more airflow i would actually lean out but that is not the case. what do u guys think?

try leaning it out. your 02's are at .98 voltage so your fairly rich. maybe your ecu is seeing a fair amount more of airflow and retarding timing. try that i would say.

also do a leak test, $10 says your tb shaft orings are blown out and its leaking like a civ. i had to rebuild mine when i got my 1g tb. :dsm:

thanks man. didn't have time today to get it done. TB shaft seals huh.
