i am installing a s afc, 560cc (stock evo injectors) and a 2g mas sensor tomorrow. What do i need to know?
the car is a 92 laser fwd turbo with a 3in turbo back exhaust (no cat) a boost controller and a 255 pump.
how much boost could i run?

The only way to truly know how much boost you can safely run with a proposed setup is to get a data logger. Watch your knock sum and your timing advance. If the knock starts to soar and the timing starts to take a dive, turn the boost down.
