install water pump

I installed a new water pump on the motor i was building and put a new gasket and torqued it all down.. Then when i installed motor and filled up coolant the water pump started to leak. Is that normal until the gasket seals ??

Is it leaking from the gasket or the o-ring?

also check and see if it leaking out of weep hole... a lot of re-manufactured pumps slip through the cracks without new shaft seals..
