Install on poly bushings

I've looked all over the site and can't find any articals on installing a full set of poly bushings. My car is up on blocks right now having some other stuff done to it, and I would like to install a full set of poly bushings on it. I've heard they make quite a difference in the way the car handles. Any first hand experiences with them? Easy to install? So far this is the most complete set I could find

I just installed Whiteline camber correction bushings last weekend. It was easy. Burn baby burn.

Noltec uses a softer compound than Whiteline or ES. The GVR4 section has a better desciption page for some reason. http://www.oztek.us/noltec.php?mid=25
