innovate mtx-l wideband issues

I have an innovate mtx-l wide band installed on my 1g and it keeps popping up with e8 code, it sometimes doesn't read right or just shuts off at random I bought in march the sane time I purchased link, I've moved my power an ground wires and have replaced the Bosch sensor with a new one an re calibrated the sensor a bunch of times but still does the same thing with shutting off at random. I've sent an email to innovate threw there website but haven't gotten a response just wanted to see if anyone else has had an issue with this. I did have it set to narrow band simulate but since it acts up all the time I've taken it out of Sim mode an run my narrowband again.

E8 code happens to me when I start my car because voltage drops. Your 12v wire must not be getting enough voltage. I would check the voltage on your 12v positive wire to make sure it has 12+volts.
