I have a 96 GSX and currently have a full 3" N-1 exhaust with 3" downpipe with cat deletion a Injen intake and am putting a TDO5H-20G turbo on it with a Walbro 255 HP Fuel Pump and am wondering what kind of injectors i should run upgrading from the stock ones. I'm only wanting to get about 300 AWHP out of the car it is my DD. I also have a A'PEXI S-AFC for use after i get the fuel pump and injectors. Any help you guys can give would be great.

Its been answered so many times. If you search you can def find your answer.

560-750cc max on AFC, depends who you ask and how good you are at tuning.

You also need an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator for for that aftermarket wally fuel pump and injectors. I would also look into porting that o2 housing or getting an aftermarket one.

the downpipe im getting for the 20G has o2 housing on it and it is a 3" downpipe. Already looked into the FPR for the 255 only thing is i didnt know how much i could push with the SAFC thanks for the help on that i may just go with the 650cc or just sell the SAFC and get ECMlink and 780cc injectors

If you go with ECMLink consider larger injectors if you have the slightest hint of running ethanol, going to a larger turbo, or even wanting a lot more power.

Have fun with the solid downpipe, any time you need to remove it you'll have to do 4 bolts off the side of the turbo which are a pain. It's easier to do a single v-band or 2 bolts to separate the downpipe and o2 housing.

So you think it would be better to spend and extra hundred for a separate o2 housing peice instead of one whole downpipe?
