Rust! 96 GSX

So to start I'm very new and not the brightest on the subject (auto mechanical) as you can gather after this post but need honest productive help.... The pictures show the problem. Right where the front motor mount frame bolts to the front frame (hopefully that makes sense). The rest of the car is in good condition minus the normal surface rust. I need options on where to go. I just got it and can't abandon it. Please help...

Oh my lanta! I guess. Tubular front end would fix this.

Do you know where a guy could get the lower arm peice or similar?
