2G Injector Rehab injector seal kit

While I have my fuel rail off im going to replace my injector seals and im wondering if anyone has tried the injector rehab dsm kit. I saw a couple threads of people buying individual o-rings from there but couldnt find anything on the kit.


Here is the kit:DSM 450cc Nikki Kit

The only thing im confused about is it only shows 2 o-rings, where the FIC kit comes with 4 o-rings FIC KIT

So has anybody bought this kit from injector rehab?

The kit you have linked to Injector-Rehab is an actual injector rebuild kit. Where the FIC kit is the seal kit.

I bought my seal kit from FIC and it is still going after 1.5 years.

Make sure if you order from Extreme that you make sure they send you all 12 seals not 8 like I recieved. But for 14$ who cars

Just remember this is ONLY for the injector o-ring and the lower injector insulator, by only I mean for all 4 injectors.

Are all 3 kits for oem injectors? And how come the FIC kit comes with 4 o-rings per injector and the other only come with 2? (unless its just the picture?)

No, on the drop down it allows you to choose between the PTE/FIC/OEM type injectors.

Not sure about the fic kit, my 1050 FIC's only have the o-ring/insulator like OEM.

That's only 3 o-rings. And I just grabbed my FIC's (same as the ones in the pic) and they do actually have 3. Didn't realize that until just now.

I believe there are 2 different o-ring kits for FIC injectors if you look on their site
Complete Seal Kit for FIC 125/6 DSM & Evo and 226 BlueMAX injectors.
and
This is for 450cc FIC oem injectors

If you are running bigger then 450cc injectors you need this
unles they are denso and then you can use stock oem seals from the dealer or ebay for the lowers and a parts store for the uppers..

What kind of injectors are they?

Theres 4. 1 black, 1 green, 2 blue. in those pictures and in the pictures of the kit.

Thats why im wondering what kit it is on extremepsi. Because FIC makes o-ring kits for oem injectors and fic injectors.

and I have stock 450's. Might upgrade to 560s in the fall.
