I just cant get stop the boost leaks on my 1st and third cylinder. So i figure i must be doing somethign wrong. There is an insulator that goes on the end of the injector correct? I have tried to sets of these. Then there is another black hard plastic thing in the head, but i dont know if those come out, is that sheet everyone is referring to are those stuck in there. I think if i removed them i wouldnt be able to put more in. If i am just soapose to replace the lower insulators since that isnt working, can i just rub a tiny tiny bit of rtv around the bottom of injector if i make sure none goes over to the bottom where the pintle is. Basically after the sheet/ insulator is there another seal in the head thats sapose to be replaced. Mine are so hard that i feel they would need to be pressed in, but maybe they have just gotten that hard over last 9 years. Or is there only saposed to be one lower seal which is in the head and i know have two on cause thats how i always thought they were sapose to be. If so whats the best way to get old ones out.

There is only supposed to be one seal at the bottom of the injectors. If you left your old hardened seals in the head and put new seals on the injectors its not going to seal properly. You need to take the old hardened ones out before you reinstall the injectors with the new seals.
