Injector Missing Black Screen

Ok so I got my 450's in the mail for my turbo nt project. One of the injectors is missing the black plastic screen from the tip of the injector where it inserts into the motor. On one of them the black peice is cracked. Will these injectors still work fine?

On the left is the injector without the black piece. You can clearly see the difference even though the picture is blurry (sorry; camera phone for quick pic)

Ok so it's not a "screen" you need, it's the spindle. I believe you can pick those up from a few sites. But to answer your question, no, you can't use it without the spindle on.

funny.. the guy i bought them from said they were working just fine when he pulled them out.

Anybody know where I can buy the spindles?

Probably, they're all the same style injector. Might want to wait for confirmation on that one though.
