Anyone have any deadtime numbers for bluemax 1680 or 2150 high z injectors? Preferably the 1680's as that's most likely what i'm going with.

If they don't come with a flow sheet, you may have to play with your settings. The 1680's come out to around -60% or so on the global setting, (someone pls correct me if I'm wrong) and the deadtime would be close around 450 or so +/-.

1680 * 0.67 = 1125.6
To get global setting:
450 / 1125.6 - 1 = -0.60 or -60%

Again, not sure if this is correct, someone else may want to correct my math.

My 1000cc injectors i have now have less deadtime than that. But on the global that seems pretty close. I was told that the high z injectors would probably use very little deadtime.

It really depends on the car. All cars are different. It may end up being higher or drastically lower, but you have to play with it and pay close attention to your wideband at idle. What turbo are you running?

Currently I'm running a T04E 60 trim stg 3. Will be adding a PTE billet 5857 bb turbo unless PTE says i should go a bit bigger since i will be going 2.4l instead of the 2.0 i had spec'd the turbo out for in the first place.

Those 1680's should make the 500hp mark you're looking for with that turbo, and stroker with little room to expand.:thumb:

Wow i would imagine 600 should have been easy. I have made 450 on the 1000 cc injectors i have now and the turbo i currently have on 112 and 26psi. I would have figured better fuel, bigger injectors, bigger engine, and bigger turbo would make 600 with room to spare.

Most I've read about the 5857 is most people are only making around 500. Size falls between the gt3076? and 35R. If you're looking for a little more, go with the 6262. There are quite a few guys making around 600 with room to spare. I'm not at all a fan of PTE, but if that is the level you're looking to be on, I'd suggest doing a little more research on other options.

The 5857 was gonna be for a 2.0l so now with the 2.4 i will probably need something a bit bigger. I'm waiting on a return from PTE to see their suggestions but i am thinking they will route me the 6262 bb route. I drive this car quite often and want something that make power quick not all at redline, which is why i thought the 5857 would be a great turbo for the 2.0.
