Dead injector

Ok so I have a 97 gst completely stock I have spark compression oxygen but for some reason the #3 cylinder injector isn't pushing fuel...I changed all injectors out and still the same thing I also made sure the injector wire was getting power all the way to the plug using a test light and it is...I'm confused please help

Check the resistance of the #3 injector resistor. Should be 5.5-6.5 ohms, perhaps it's bad (increased out of spec) which still will show voltage but not allow enough power to the injector.
