initial start up......EGT's....and oil press..

When starting my car for the first time, after about 1 minute of running, my EGT guage was at 800 degrees ferenheigh and climbing??? Is that normal for them to climb that quickly?? Also, my autometer oil press guage is reading 100+ PSI and after a minute of running it is still at that?? What you guys think?

Is the engine warmed up completely? At startup the engine will run hotter and the oil pressure will be super high because it is thicker and colder, which does not flow as easily. If the car is competely warmed up and it is still at those numbers, then I would worry.
