Please read the whole ad: Up for sale, is a good used infiniti Q-45 Throttle body with most parts needed to swap it in, It comes with TPS [and it's pigtails], all 4 hex bolts, will also include the remote mount ISC setup with a real dsm black ISC, total US shipped $145+ Paypal fees, or gift it to me.
Throttle body inner outer dimensions: it has an 83mm Air inlet Diameter, and 90mm outside diameter, where the silicone or rubber hose would slip over, all other specs you can hunt for on the forums and online.
