impossible clutch issue

Clutch went to the floor on me randomly this past thursday. Ordered and installed new slave, master and went with a full SS clutch line. Bled the system so much that I went through 2 bottles of brake fluid.
Theres a lot of pressure coming from the master cylinder. The clutch fork seems to be where its supposed to be but it feels like there's a little play between the fork and slave rod.
After bleeding the clutch forever I took it for a test ride and it engaged about an inch off the floor and the master cylinder is on its last thread. Any one have any ideas what my problem could be? I've read the forums for hours and can't find an answer.
 
600 miles later i lost pressure while driving on the highway. Pull over to the shoulder of the road and realize my reservoir tank has fluid thats completely black and weird stuff floating around. I had to get the car towed by AAA and I bled it when I got home and its holding pressure, for now... The master, slave, and clutch line are brand new! Why is my fluid getting so dirty?

By the way the reservoir was still full when i first opened it
 
sounds like a master cyl failure, is it wet around your clutch pedal on the inside of the cabin?
 
More additional things to consider that can affect throw and the engagement/disengagement points.

If the flywheel was machined when the clutch was replaced, did the shop check the step height? This is very critical when either going to an aftermarket clutch or when resurfacing for OEM.

Also, the clutch fork and pivot will wear over time and can cause issues with proper clutch operation.

I have also heard that with 2G master cylinders, you must have that free play adjusted properly at the top or it can result in "pump-up". Due to the way the 2G master cylinder is constructed, pressure wont relieve properly due to the return hole not being uncovered. Also the tiniest bit of crud in the rubber seal in there can cause the "goes to the floor and sticks" problem. If your clutch fluid looks dirty, replace the OEM lines, because more than likely moisture got in there in worked its magic corroding your lines and introducing contamination and particulate matter that does great things to your master cylinder and slave cylinder.
 
OEM set up feels alot better than the exedy one. I measured the rod length on the master and the OEM was over an inch longer than the exedy! Never going aftermarket again with these parts.

Same thing here bro, had nothing but issues with exedy master, threw in a brand new OEM and it was night and day difference, I can shift like butter again.
 
Started to grind gears again today after a long ride, but i caught it before I blew the master and slave. Re-adjusted the master rod according to jack's video but this put my engagement EXTREMELY high. I have like zero play, but it's been shifting very smooth. My stopper is all the way out.
Would adding washers to the slave mount to get more separation from the rod and clutch fork fix my problem or just cause more?
