Take it to a shop already. Obviously you can't figure it out. Some things need to be done by professionals. In this case, they would be the best bet. It's not worth all the downtime to save a couple bucks..

I haven't had time or money to dump into this car, so I just let it sit.

I'll try the cam sensor. Its not super expensive to get a new one, so I'll try it. Taking it to a shop is my last resort...

No spark in 2 and 3 points to cam angle sensor or your timing.

im really thinking your coil pack is bad. because you say you get the same reading from both signal wires going into the coil. but no spark on 2 cylinders. this ignition has a "wasted spark" set up. when one cylinder needs to fire it sparks on 2 cylinders, thats how you get only 2 input wires. so if your getting the same signal strength from both wires there is no problem w/ any of your sensors it should still be firing. i am 99.9% sure you have a bad coil. go to advance auto parts. if you want a stock coil its like 90$ and they keep one in stock. if you want a MSD its 85$ and you have to pay shipping and wait a few days, but the MSD coil is worth it.

Then I thought Coil (I've been working from the plug back to the start of the signal). The coil is working perfect. The wire from the ECU to the coil is ok... not shorted out or grounded.

On top of that, how do you figure the MSD coil is worth it? It's been proven already that the MSD coil is really of no advantage compared to stock.

Put a brand new OEM coil in front of me, and put a brand new MSD coil in front of me and I will stick with OEM

Well, I got that coil a while back.. .just because.

The coil is good, cause I flipped the wires around and put coil 2's wires on coil 1. It flipped the problem. It started firing on coil 1 and not coil 2. I'm gonna be trying stuff out soon. I've just been busy with work and shit, its hard to make time.
