next January I take off for UTI in Glenwood Heights Illinois and I was wondering how strict they are and how long I have to live there before they're gonna make me register my car there. How hard is it to pass emissions in Illinois cuz if I actually have to worry about it I won't be puttin an O2 dump on and leavin the catty out. Also what is the legal limit for tint there cuz I don't want people to see all my goodies, but I don't want tickets either.

1. It's Glendale Heights, Illinois just so ya know. I graduate from there in about 2 months :p
2. They aren't to strict.
3. Not sure how long you have to register but IL sucks so probably not long.
4. It is pretty hard to pass emissions... alot easier if your AWD i have no cat, no charcoal canister, and no cat, and becuase i'm AWD they can't dyno run me. so all you get is an idle test.
5. and it is 100% illegal here to have the front windows tinted. You can only have the rear glass and the rearward side windows, you cannot have the passenger and drivers side windows. Glendale heights police are rediculous about this and they will ticket you for this...trust me i know! but with an afc shouldn't be to hard to pass, bring the o2 dump with u and put it on right after you test.
