Ignition Problem

i have a 91 laser rs fwd turbo. as the engine gets up to temp it will studder when gitting into boost. i have replaced the power transistor, had the ecu rebuilt and checked the coils. i have a repacement set of coils and will try them this week end. the strange thing is that it will run great until the engine runs about 15 min, and gets fully up to temp. The car has 100,000 miles on it, the head has been rebuilt an the compresion is to spec. At a steady throttle it runs great
any sugestions would be apreciated. thanks bruce

Have you checked for boost leaks? If you haven't you should.
