Ok i was wondering if it would be possible to swap the stock 1g turbo coil with an msd coil for a 420a? i did a lot of searching and found nothing, I think my coils are going bad and i dont want to buy new ones, but i have this msd coil.

Test the coilpack according to the FSM before changing it. It takes all of 10 minutes and if it tests out good, then you know to look elsewhere!
