If you have the Forge BOV (please help)

There's a groove machined in at the top of the piston for the O ring. Grease it up with Mobil Mobilith SHC 220 or equivalent non-lithium grease and reassemble back together.

^ Yeah, try finding that with ease.

Do not use any grease that is white in color. This usually indicates chemicals that are present which will breakdown the o-ring gasket that Forge Motorsports uses. Synthetic greases should last longer. When to NAPA about 2 years back and picked up a canister of Valvoline SynPower grease. Didn't actually fix the very particular issue I was having with my original Forge CBV (which had nothing to do with improper gasket sealing or the o-ring in general), but then I got a prototype. And now I'm very happy. :) BTW, this product does have a lithium complex in it.
