Any idea on how long it will take for the new springs to come in?

I PM'ed you with it for the new base piece a while back. Do you need it again?

1st off, I want to thank forge again for sending me some stiffer secondary springs!:thumb: 2nd, I'm really confused now that I tried a stiffer spring. I tried yellow secondary spring and it actually made the flutter worse:confused: I don't know what to try anymore.

Another tip id like to tell you guys is to my sure on the recirc ones that you tighten the underside where the two small holes are with two small screwdrivers and something between the two to turn the circular piece and make it tight. Mine leaked a lil till i did that now it has a perfect release sound. The vent ones may have the same circle piece underneath it too i believe.

yea, it sounds like you are describing the piece I changed earlier that Forge sent me. It basically holds the BOV to the flange.

Now that you have the stiffer secondary spring you may need to go to a softer main spring. Either that or we are chasing our tails here and looking in the wrong place for a solution. 2GturboTALON brings up a good point, even if you have the newer lock-ring if it is not installed tight enough you will still have a leak and that could cause some issues.
