What do I need to do... step the bolt up a size and let it eat into the aluminum? This is my first rebuild and I don't really feel like its getting tight and staying tight. I want to make sure 100% that my timing components are in order before I go any further. The bolt could be made to do this in the sluminum head, or not. I can keep turning the bolt in the head once it gets flush, it holds on there but not making me feel secure.

I was not using mine for that... want torque spec should I see? and do you think I should ARP molly it or just loc-tite. I really don't want to chance it. Seems iffy.
