Idle vacuum level \turbo 420

at idle my boost gauge reads -15 is this correct or may i have a leak ?

That's fine. At idle, the engine is under vacuum; normal is between 15 and 20 in/Hg.

By the way:

IDLE, not idel

LEAK, not leek.

thanks sorry about spelling, i am just a little pissed because my car is now running like a bag of s<+|. first injectors failed now this i think it may be my fmu. I asked this question just to rule out vac.

is it the stock boost guage? correct me if im wrong but i"ve been told that the stock guage isn"t acurate at all. so it could be the guage if your car is running fine. just a thought

OP has 2gnt. This is the 420a section. No factory boost gauge.
