idle too high

I was just wondering if anyone else has a problem like this for some reason my car idles consistently around 2k no surge just idles high any input is appreaciated

1-check for a vacume leak in the lines in the rear by the intake manifold.
2-idle sensor screw.
3-thermastat.

does it go down when your in gear? if so i would foreal foreal check number 1.

it will go lower but doesnt like to run to well when it goes below whats normal idle 1k? if so when i got that low it seems like its ready to die

check the idle sensor screw....I had this problem with my car and it had to do with the fact that I was venting my greddy type s.

could this be related to the fact that the person that owned it before me romoved all the emmisions

Check Throttle Cable and Also BISS

Thanks for all the help guys...I adjusted the biss and it cured the problem.
