I don't know why but now my 1gb is surging at idle. I recently replaced parts coil pack, power transistor, plugs, wires (brand new), ISC and CAS (used)

There are a lot of reasons for idle surge in our DSMs. Could be your TPS not adjusted correctly or bad, a bad o2 sensor, timing, vacuum lines and so on... If you do a search for idle surge there is a lot of good info.
 
Did you start with a complete and through boost leak test? Make sure your BISS is adjusted properly and by that, you should have the car warmed up and set it to idle at 750rpm.

Test sensors before you go and throw money randomly at a problem. Did you verify that the sensors you have now are good?

No i have to get the parts to make a boost leak tester. And my car was idleing fine at 750 before i started having all these no spark problems but i took care of that. I have tested all the used sensors i bought and they check out fine. could it be that im running a 5 speed ecu with only 390cc injectors? but it wasnt doing that before when i ran the same setup so why would it act up all of a sudden? i also found the vaccum line in the top of the TB labeled A2 is disconnected at the other end and i can't find where it goes, also theres a vaccum line coming from the intake can and thats also disconnected and i don't know where it goes. can you help me? i will take pictures if it's easier to find out.
