1G Idle surge/high idle

I took my ISC and TPS and switched them with used ones that worked from a awd turbo Laser. It still surges then when I unplug the TPS signal wire (the one that clips on top of the TB) and it idles like at 3k, and when I unplug my MAF it stays at 3k. My engine light came on when it idles at 3k, and the light only comes on after like 2 min of running. So WTF could it be and know i don't have a boost leak that's the first thing i did.

Possibly throttle body gasket if you didn't put a new one on, or intake manifold gasket.

does the car want to backfire when you try to put it in gear or when you put a load on the engine? Check for vacuum leaks from the intake manifold. Also check your throttle body gasket and intake manifold gasket by spraying starter fluid on them as the car idles. If the idle goes up or seems to go to the proper level, it means the gasket is bad.

p.s. a video would be really nice, I have had lots of vacuum leaks and gasket problems in the past and seeing/hearing what is going on it a good tel tale sign.

wouldnt taking the intercooler hose to the intake off and putting your hand over the tb tell if it dies i dont have a vac leak? also i dont think a vacuum leak would throw a check engine light.

changed almost all the sensors except the maf and crank o and knock sensor. if i cant figure it out by friday im going to buy a data logger, which i should of bought before hand,but ive only had this car for a month.

p.s. i am making a video today all this happened after i exploded a clutch disk.

UPDATE

Just bought two Felpro TB gaskets and going to install today. Also check my boost line to my boost gauge. It idles fine for 30sec on a cold day then just gradually gets to a lope.

Well changed the TB gaskets, the FIAV had a break in the line changed it, still idles retarded.

NOW I figured it out my PCV valve vacuum line is the problem. The PCV valve is clogged so I'm going to buy a new one. I put my finger over the vac. line and it surged off it idled low, attached it it surged so I'm going to clean the PCV passageway and buy a new PCV valve.
