High idle, but no surge...

Hey, guys... got a quick one, I tried a search, and only came up with the BISS solution, or an isc.
Id gear the car idles happily just fine at ~750rpm. When in park/neutral it will sit between 1100-1400rpm. I thought of the BISS screw, but bringing it down to 750 in park using almost kills the car when putting it in gear.
My Talon had an issue with the isc, but it caused idle surge and would idle erraticly at stop lights even in gear, so I tend to believe theyre not the same issue.
Any thoughts?

Yes, came up with many BISS issues, isc problems and a stretched(?) Throttle cable...

always check for vacuum leaks before anything.
have you got a CEL on?

Have your tried checking resistance readings on ISC?

Will do. Whats the correct resistance?
I assumed if my ics was bad, my idle would be all over the place.

Had same problem it was IAC idle air control but ull prob have check engine
Throw it on a scanner see if it tales you

Can try tapping the ISC. Make sure there is some slack in the TB cable. If that doesnt help momentarily pinch or block off brake booster hose and other vacuum sources while at idle condition and watch for a rpm drop. Good luck!
