idle/ running problem

92gsx the car has been up and running for about a month, but this week the idle has been all over the map, 1700-400 rpms, i have adjusted the biss screw, i have removed and cleaned the the steper moter on the tb, also tryed a old one i had laying around. pulled plugs.

it runs ruff when its up to temp, it feels like its not getting air/fuel (feels like im down 100+hp) till about about 3200 ish then its all back and runs fine untill engine speed its 1500 or less.

Have your ecu caps been replaced yet? Lol I know this is the second day in a row I said this.

no i have not pulled the ecu, what would it look like if it was bad

Sometimes you can see some discoloration around the caps but not always. If you have a friend with a working ECU swap them. If the problem continues then it's not your ECU caps.
