idle problem and dying turbo pls help

hi.. im new to the dsm world and i have never post but today i think its neccesary because i cannot find the answer to my question from the search button... i been searching for the past 3 hours and havent gotten anything.. anyway.. i have a 95 tsi fwd.. anyway.. the turbo is dying.. but hasnt gone out yet.. i know this because there is lots of oil in the intake..but i just drive it to the store and add oil every few days.. anyway.. today it started to act weird.. at a stop my car would strart to have a bouncing idle.. from 1k to 2k and then when i stop and check the engine i would see oil coming out from my valve cover and it pop my dip stick( i fix the dip stick and oil filler cover and also check for the pcv and all the lines just incase the air is not breathing right) ..after all this today the car acted even more weird.. because of the boucing idle i stop the car to check whats wrong with it.. with the car running.. i open the oil filler cap and the car died... so i put it back on and stated it again and pulled the dip stick out and the car was giving an eratic idle and there was vaccume in the dip stick hole and oil filler cap because when i try to pull it out it sucks it in.. i have no idea what is going on.. have any of you guys experience this before>>> pls help me.. thanks guys for bearing with my long story

thanks... it was neither of that.. i found out the problem.. the pcv valve was broken bad that it became 2 way and it was shooting air into the crankcase and that expalines the oil leak and the vaccum problem that i was having.. and no i wasnt using a small breather filter.. so the fix was to change the pcv valve and the o ring for the dip stick.. by the way just incase anybody wants to buy a o-ring the sizze of the o ring best used is a 7mm it fit really snug.. this is for the 2g... thanks for your help :talon:
