Identifying Aftermarket Part

Got this in a bucket full of DSM parts a guy gave me, and have no clue what it is. Any ideas? I searched the OBX website, and eBay.

Full management unit. Typically found on original nonturbo cars that have added an aftermarket turbo system.

NOW I found it in the OBX website. Someone said they thought it was for oil. Thank you very much!
