Help Identifying this Part

So I was removing the dash from my car today and found this box looks like it plugged into a connector that went to the ignition under the steering column, anyone know what it is and why there's two wires that are not connected to anything coming out of it?

Looks to be possibly an adapter for turbo timer or something similar.

yup its for a turbo timer..the harness from the turbo timer plugs into that connector

Yes sir, it's the control box for an Apexi Turbo timer.
