Idel surge question

ok ive finally got my car running again after a year and half. i had idel surge before and i fixed it once before. when i had it the frist time it was as soon as i started the car. Now this time its after the car warms up and is at normal temp. any suggestions now what to check or change or look for? any help would be great! thanks guys

I would inspect the ecu .

i did that the one that i had had some damage to it. I got one from a friend its an eprom and i even checked in myself theres no damage on the board.
