Ok so here's the deal. When i do a launch i boost just fine when im racing. Now on the other hand when i drive normally being easy on the car and say im in 2nd gear and i nail the gas out of no where it will boost until about 4lbs then it will stay there until i hit 3500rpm then boost the rest of the way. I think my turbo is going to need to have a funeral here pretty soon unless something else is the issue.

Its not your turbo, im betting its a boost leak, check for boost leaks Litteraly check for boost leaks.

Sounds like a boost leak to me. You should start off by doing a boost leak test.

Also, just to be sure, check your turbo for shaft play and check your wastegate to make sure that it is operating properly.
