I have a 93 GSX AWD 5speed. i got the car as my beater for the winter. (it has a huge dent in the passenger quater panel) i was out messing around today iwth one of my buddies that has a caddy. and he said he could beat me in a race so i raced the kid and smoked him..but at the same time i was smoking. i noticed that there was a grey colored smoke coming through the vents in my cabin. and he said there was smoke trailing behind my car. now i noticed before i raced him that i did get a nasty smell in the cabin when i had the car up to about 4500 RPMS or higher. and i'm only 16 years old and this is my first car so i did learn how to drive a standard on this car. i did burn the clutch alittle bit. but i'm kinda mad about the clutch smoking like that. also sometimes when i go to stop and shift the car into first or reverse it will grind and i actually have to let the clutch out while in nuetral and then push the clutch in really fast then it will go in. and my transmission grinds going in to 3rd when the car is warm. can anyone tell me why my car is smoking after a hard run? is it my clutch or what??
