Alright, i am taking my balance shafts out, and anyways, i got the oil pump cover off, then went to loosen the bolts on the pump itself so i could unbolt the rear balance shaft from the gear and put the stubby one in, but the problem is, i got the 4 bolts out, and noticed 1 screw also holding it down, so i got a philips screwdriver and tried and tried to loosen it, but that wasnt gonna happen, all i was doing is ruining the head on the screw, so now i dont think i am gonna be able to get the screw out at all... should i drill the head out, take the pump off, then grab the screw body with a vice-grips to take it out? the only thing i am worried about is getting a new screw... i dont know if i absolutely need it.. any ideas will be appreciated.. thanks!
