Alright so i am knocking and i think i need an aluminum radiator because my coolant temps are kinda high, 206F and as soon as i hit full boost it knocks to 3 1/2 degrees, i know its not my mixture because i am kinda rich and i know its not my timing because its not crazy high, i want to add my log but i don't know how, let me know what you guys think, thanks

Have you considered draining and flushing your radiator or do you just want some more engine bay bling?

i added the log

i mixed my radiator half and half, water/coolant and i think i might need it becouse im knocking, i think it might be getting inefficient.

oh and i have a 180 thermostat and its pretty new

206 under load isn't that hot, especially if it's a hot day (California). Before I'd go upgrading the radiator I'd (as I already asked you and you didn't answer, so we'll assume you didn't do it) flush it, and wire both fans to run together. I can't view your log (at work) but is it possible you're just running too much timing?

I don't think it has anything to do with you radiator or engine/coolant temps. Your coolant temps stay at 210 the whole pull. That's normal. I see no problems with your coolant temps and therefore your radiator.

You need to change your Knock Sensor Controls under the ALS/Knock tab from 2200 rpm and 0% TPS to 3000 rpm and 50% TPS or somewhere around there. That will help weed out some phantom knock.

The 2.5* and 3.5* of knock that you are getting is right when you car hits full boost (according to BoostEst). I would lower the timing a degree or 2 where it's knocking during the pull. Track the datalog on the TmngMaxOct tab in direct access to see where you need to lower it. Your timing is actually pretty aggressive past 6k rpms (for pump gas anyways, what are you running?).

Since you aren't logging IAT's I have no idea how hot your intake charge is, whats your intercooler setup? I would suspect high IAT's aiding the knock over your coolant temps.

ive done a radiator flush about 6 months ago, and both fans dont run all the time but when it gets hot enough both do turn on.

ill try lowering the timing a degree or 2 and im running 91 pump, my fmicis a small greddy front mount that came with my car, i dont know what kind it is exactly its really common.

and i dident know i cold change my tps like that or my knock

and you also my 4bar is boost, and then there's the boost estimate and its off, my omni4bar is actual boost, it matches my gunge

i am loging IATs and i know i can pull timing there but its already low right there
