I think I have a Bad ISC?

Ok, I have a 90 eclips GS turbo and I was having the idle problems that are usually traced to a bad ISC. I check the coil risistance and they are way higher than the 28-30 oms that its supposed to be. I'm getting anywhere from 60 - 130. Does that sound correct or is my meeter got issues? None of the coils were correct. I tend to believe my ISC is bad also because when I plug it in and turn on the key to the acc (not running) the ISC just chatters contantly. So I believe it's bad. Does that sound correct with the symptoms I've described?

Can you still get these to buy new or do I have to take my chances with a used ISC? I looked on ebay and found a few used and a couple that are new but haven't found many options for buying new. Anyone know a good source for these?

dsm graveyard sells new ISC. Above 60 ohms there's a problem.

ok thanks. Just want to be sure it's definately a problem and I hope that corrects the idle issues.

Anyway, my question is?

Do you happen to know what year ISC's fit the 90 Eclipse Turbo? It looks like these were used on Stealth, 3000GT, and Hyundai models. Just checking because this would give me more choices than just looking for my 90 year model. I'm finding some but they are all listing for 91 and up and some specifically state not for 90 model years.
