I am new to ecmlink and I have been reading the wiki page and I still could use some help.
I just moved my AEM WB to the upstream spot and added a 272 exhaust cam.
I am getting fuel, and I am testing for spark soon. I am using a 1G blacktop cas.
I have verified no boost leaks. mechanical timing is 100% on
I bought this link used and it was set up for SD, so I went through and changed it back to MAF (stock)
I am using evo 560 injectors, which I set in the fuel section.

Please help!

* verified that I have spark on all four cyls.
Edit: verified I have fuel -
I need help figuring out why I cant start my car after I installed ecmlink.

Stock 1g MAF? If you're using 2g, change it under MAF Comp, Base MAF type.

Go to Fuel Tab and zero it out.
Zero out the MAF Comp slider.
Go to NBO2 sim and select narrowband sim
Under ECU inputs, unselect lock MDP
For Evo III 560 injectors, set global to -18 and deadtime to zero

Try now

So here is a funny thing I went through that I just could not find the answers for and figure out (for a long time).

I also verified air, fuel and spark. Still no starting.

Well, one day I decided to change my global settings (330 deadtime and -61 to -45).

It started right up. I have 1050cc FIC injectors during this time. Of course fuel pressure was at 43.5psi at the rail.

Same thing with my brothers 1990 TSI. He has the HiZ 1150 injectors. Pretty much the same thing.

I am guessing in my case it is a wiring issue or something I maybe overlooked.

But for the most part, it’s usually something simple.

I had to invert my wires, and I had bad spark plugs.
Swapped them out and she started right up.
No I have a little bit of tuning to do to get it running smoothly.
