Well this all started the other night when i snapped my throttle cable the other night. no problem threw it on the trailor, got it home and ordered a new cable. well, while i was waiting for the new cable i decided to replace the turbo gaskets so i had the manifold, turbo, o2 housing all off the car. while that was off i decided to clean up the engine bay a little bit. so i covered up all the electrical sensors and exhuast ports on the head and used some degreaser to clean things up a bit. after hosing it down it really looks great!!! so the next day the cable arrives, I put everything back together, change the oil, flush coolant system and add new antifreeze. well i went to start it up and it started just fine but idled at between 550 and 650 rpms. so i revved it a little bit and it wont go past 1500 rpms. so i replaced the plugs, wires, and blew out the sensors to ensure they were dry. started it up again and same idle and no go over 1500 rpms. i tried adjusting the biss screw and that did nothing. today i pulled the ecu to see if the chip had fallen out of the socket but that was fine. also checked the timing and that was perfect. i dont know what else to check? the car idled fine after i snapped the cable.... someone help me please!!!!

sorry for the novel......
