I need help guys.. [about motor related]

Okay guys first of all i would like to thank you guys for reading... so here it goes...

Okay i bought 95 talon tsi awd with 105k miles on it.. I was thinking about buying 6 bolt motor but My goal with my car is pushing up to 600-700 hp.. Yeah i know that is kind of hard but its my goal/dream... So here is what i want to ask you guys Should i go with 6 bolt or Race built motor? I'm going more toward with race built motor because it could hold up to 700-800 i believe with stage 3? But rite now i cant afford to buy the whole block and the head together.. So i just wanted to ask is it possible to just get stage 3 race build Head and slap it on my 7bolt motor? Because if it is possible i was thinkin about running that on my car while until i save enough money to get a stage 3 race build block and puttin the engine together...

So what you guys think i should do? 6 bolt or race build motor? but remember i cant afford to buy race build motor all at once most likely it'll be head first than the block later in the future...

i still have to save up but it wont take me long time should i say 3-4 month?

My friends own a shop and his price on 6bolt was $1700... But I'm not sure if 6 bolt could handle up to 600-700 because like i said it is my goal or dream to hit that much... i dont want to purchase 6bolt and i dont want it to blow up because it cant handle that much hp you know? I know 6bolt motor could handle more hp than 7bolt i know that much..
