I need help asap, Running VERY Rich

Ok guys i did a search awhile back, and decided to change my spark plugs and wires and back out my afpr too maybe lean things out. Well i put on the new full 3" turbo back exhaust and all of a sudden i cant ride in my car during the day due to it being so rich and giving me the most god aweful head ache if the wind blows towards me. I plan on buying a SAFC II i guess if it will help, can i install this myself , do i need anything else? Where did i go wrong, what seals should i be looking at? What did you all do to lean the car out im desperate, but i dont want to put a cat back on, help me out guys---Tony

I dont understand why you are running rich with the mods that you have. Are you sure that the AFPR was installed and set correctly?

well i mean i went by the instructions, and i backed the thing all the way out, You think i should go and buy the stock one and put it back on? But it is really rich, to where i cant even tolerate it, Tommorow im going to Napa to order a stock regulator, but if that doesnt work do you suggest i buy the safc2? ? Are they complicated?
