I have a pretty big problem

Ok well my car started acting weird on me about a month ago. I lags horribly anywhere from 3/4's throttle to full throttle. I changed my spark plugs and oil but thats about it. The lag and stutter is so bad that the car barely moves. All the lag stops when I let the throttle off till its a little less than 3/4's in. Can anyone offer me suggestions on how to fix this?

If you took off your exhaust then your problem could easily be a plugged cat if you still have one. And dont forget to use a $hit load of dialectric grease when you change your wires. My car had the same sputtering problem until I changed my wires and used the grease. And aren't the factory plugs bpr7es? ### the bpr6es are conciderd one step colder than the factory plugs.

Bpr6es are stock plugs. The higher the number with ngk the colder the plug.

Bpr6es are the stock plugs. Bpr7es are the one range colder plugs.

bpr7es why would i want thos if i running a lot of boost over the stock ones what makes the colder ones better?
