I have 11k, and want to make fast dsm

Hello Everybody

My names Jarrod. I used to own a subaru wrx until it burned to ground right in front of my very eyes.

So im getting 11,000 from insurance and basically I want to make a fast, reliable dsm.

Well to start off you need to set a hp goal, and for what will you be using your car for ? ( track only, circuit, street, street/strip )

Sorry for your loss but in the same, Welcome to the DSM! I agree with DSMj89. You need to have some kind of goal. You can throw whatever money at whatever you want, But with the correct goals in mind, You can achieve what it is you are trying to get much faster and with much less waste. It also will set you up for the parts you will need and what turbo set-up you want to grab. Other things you should consider after figuring out what you will use the car for are what do you want to tune with.

So as said before, Figure out what you want to do with the car or how you want to use it, set your time goals, HP goals, etc to figure out what you need to buy, Not to mention which platform car you want to use and what year to buy. All those things will be necessary to budget the money you have.
