I finally dyno'd my car.

Just not in public! OMG ROFL ROFL

You guys crack me up. :D

Yeah, the turbo pulls like a raped ape. It sucked being FWD though - I had zero traction until third gear, even with the Quaife and good tires. But playing on the highway in third gear was fun though. Between recently switching to T3 and dyno tuning, I'm willing to bet I picked up at least 80 HP. The butt dyno detects a huge difference in power between now and 5 months ago.

Nice #s Paul. Gonna take it to the track now ;)
I can't quite yet. I pulled my Shep tranny the day after my dyno run, and I shipped it off to another dsmtuners member. I'll be beginning my AWD swap in about a month or so.

I didn't want to take it to the track as a FWD again. It's not fun for me. I can't even get to the point where I can practice consistency, because I'm constantly battling traction. I have everything I need to make my car AWD, so as soon as spring comes around, I'll be at the track to see what she can do. :)

I'm unsure of my track goals as of right now. I'd like to be in the 11's (high 11's more than likely) and I want to at least trap 120 mph. After I do cams and an SMIM, I hope to be around the high 120's. We'll see how it goes next spring though. :dsm:

How nice for me that I have your old setup. I guess I'll be buying the one you have now when you get tired of it. Freaking hand me downs!

I'm just grumpy because all of you will end up making more power than me. Then again, I've got the pretty ride that still has some serious teeth so I guess I can't complain.

haha. Yeah, I think I gained a little power from the better flowing T3 set-up. And now that I've had both compressor covers on a 50-trim, I'd definitely recommend you upgrade to the "E" cover on your 50-trim. It's more.... streetable. (PM me about that for more info) But, other than switching to T3, I got 55 HP just from dyno tuning as appoosed to tuning from street pulls. Between the two gains, the butt dyno is definitely liking what it feels. :D

Ohh, you have zero room to complain. You have the cleanest 2G I've ever seen. Not to mention a stroker engine. :p
