Doesn't look too bad. How's the undercarriage look?

wow 2 pages now.

Was the price paid posted?

we're all curious because its an idea to see how much our older ones will cost based on the last year the 2g was made.

No.

It's hard to say what the older 2g's would go for. It all depends on the mods, condition, demand, options... I've seen 1g's go for 8K and 2g's go for half that. Too many factors. A 2gb could have rusted out shock towers and and be beaten on and hacked where there could be a 2ga that's well taken care of that I would think be worth more. Your best bet would be to see what other cars are going for with similar mods and go from there.:thumb:

People just want to know how much other people are selling their cars for, for the time when they may have to sell their own cars which could be the same model, then adding in if it was stock or modded or whatever... Also for when its time to look to buy another car to get a certain price range set... Although different locations can charge more/less. I know where I live you can sell a car quite a bit more than if you were to go to a bigger city further down south. Mostly for comparison and we just want to know!! So spit it out already, LOL...

Nice find by the way ;) You gonna be towin things with that car? LOL

-I wanna see more pics of that spyder hiding in the garage in the background.

I plan on towing my 40 foot camper with slide outs. Just kidding. The previous owner was big into cycling and used the hitch to hold his bikes. I might leave it on there. I need to find the specs on what the hitch can handle. I live down the street from the boat launch and I plan on getting a wave runner. I also ride mountain bikes so if I can find a harness that can hold my Trek Y-22 that hitch will come in handy.

The spyder isn't mine. My car is at a friend's house so it's his. It's partially done with an AWD swap.

Umm..why don't you start with telling us how much you got your car for then?

he probably got it for cheap and plans on flipping it ;) which is ok but i wanna know!!!

i bought my 2g for $500 Ill tell that to the person that buys it too. HA I never could figure out why people think it matters what one paid for a car. Its worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay at the time and everything is for sale for the right price :D

Wow, is this guy really a dsmer? Who cares what he paid for the car since he probably overpaid. We all know the car is worth between 4500-6000. Anything more than that and you're just desperate. I paid 1000 dollars for my 97 gsx in my avatar and I've already been offered 6 grand for it.

I have no plans to 'flip' it. I want to hang onto the car for a long time. But I gotta say, with this economy, if I lost my job it'd probably be the first thing to go.

A little update. Last night the new clutch was installed. I put a stock clutch in. The trans is back on and the one mount on the passenger side frame rail is reattached. Tonight I plan on finishing up getting everything reconnected and maybe start the timing belt job. Hopefully this weekend I'll be driving around my first Eclipse (but this is my 5th DSM).:hellyeah:
