Hx35 h1c exhaust

So after doing a lot of research to figure out what exhaust housing to go on my hx35 I came across a h1c exhaust housing its a 16cm housing an was wondering if anyone has used it or the benefits of it an will it hurt my spool time or will I get any gains out of it or if it will even fit my hx35 any help would be appreciated thanks

They're large. Unless you're using a twin-scroll T3 manifold, I wouldn't even think about it.
