Huge issue not sure exactly what's wrong

Got huge problem and trying to track it down .
I've pulled the rocker arm and changed it and the revised lifter collapse putting it back , so I'm changing that today .
My problem is when I 2step with 30% throttle it's fine when I ad more throttle it make this weird sound like a bad bearing from the timing belt cover side on exhaust side . Anyone can helpp

Is it consistent with the injectors firing, I you have a logger you should check injectors and spark. Could be an altenator also when the bearings go in the they make a bad chattering sound under throttle
