I'm doing some tuning on a friends talon. Before doing the tuning I wanted to do a leak test. Well there is a leak some where so big that I can't even pressurize the system. I however cant seem to find the leak, I squirted every thing down with soapy water but still couldn't find the leak. The car has a FMIC with short route piping. I took apart the upper intercooler pipe at a coupler before the BOV, and pressurized the system from there to the engine. I found leaks at the throttle body seals and 3 out of 4 injector seals. I then plugged the other end of the coupler I took apart and tried to pressurize the system at the turbo again. Once again I still couldn't get it to pressurize and I still couldn't find any leaks. The car builds and holds boost, albeit alittle bit slow I think. Its a GT35R and is curently running low boost until we figure out whats going on, it hits 1.2-1.3 bar a little north of 5000 rpms, it'll make a couple of psi of boost by just breathing on the throttle, but takes along time to get to full boost.
Unless anyone has any idea's all I can think of is to take everything apart and test all the componets seperately?
