First Off, Let me tell you that is project is a 95 4g63T in a 97 with a 97 ECU/Harness!


But I have some problems with my PCV Route. Don't know what should I do If im not going to be running more then 20psi on a EVO Big 16G,Wideband,FMIC,450cc injectors NO AFPR,,,,, 255 walbro.

I looked it up and everyone says to have a Catch can?
Ok but if im not going to be going in full race mode Do i have to?

No MBC yet waiting on it in the mail, What would happen If I hooked my WGA to my nipple on the J-pipe near the turbo?

And now for my BOV It's say's syncapse Engineering on it?
3 Nipples on that. How is that supposed to be Ran?

And now the IM
I did what the Forums said on Vacuum Removal BUT!.....
I still don't comprehend it all. I will have pictures of what I have on this car of mine.

I put the green top on yesterday and Wired it into my Harness.

It Idles at 300 For a long time and then Dies. I can drive it and it seem's to run alright. Until higher RPMS
I know i have to fix the idle.

As long as your motor is healthy, and you don't have bad blow by, you'll be fine without one.

It would just run wastegate pressure, so 14lbs ish.

I'm confused for what you did here, but sounds like you might have a boost leak. Can you drive it?

Lol ANd you Will, Yes I can Drive it, But I didn't mess with the CAS, I haven't turned it yet I Don't have a Timing Light to check the Degrees on the crank.

I can drive it yes Fairly well. That link for the INstall Didn't take me anywhere other then a 5.0 mustang LOL.
 
no you do not need a catch can leave the pcv installed and routed to the intake manifold. also you might want to get a afpr since you will be running the wally 255. It will easily overrun your stock fuel pressure regulator and cause issues of running way to rich. here is a link that might help you with any other vacuum questions. although i do not agree with them on running a vacuum line for you mbc on the bov line. put a fitting on your intercooler piping do not tap into the bov vacuum line. hope this helps

Here is a thread that might help with the setup of the BOV. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/281999-synapse-blow-off-valve.htmlI have had no problems with my synapse blow off valve in the four or so years I have had it.

Every car is different but basically you need the side port hooked up to a pre-throttle body boost source and the two on the back can have either one hooked up or both. That pretty much just depends on what makes your car happy.
 
what would happen if you do T into your bov line for a mbc. my buddies 2g is hooked up this way and i wanna know if it is messing with anything? theres not port to plug it into the intercooler piping... could u plug it into the air intake like the stock mbc solenoid? thanks for any help.
 
There are several ports on the throttle body that can be used. It is a bad idea to use the bov hose because the mbc had a small bleeder hole in it and that air bleeding out will cause the bov to not hold 100 percent under boost.

+1 on this you NEED a afpr to run the wally 255 only the wally 190 and evo pump can run on the stock regulator

as in green top do you mean green top cas ? if so why would you run one ? you can run your factory sensors on this swap you should switch back to cam and crank sensor.

if you have the cam sensor unplugged on a 97 you will get fuel & spark cut
